All our processors work on our image viewing software which is integrated with our distributed processing workflow system. Documents that are faxed or emailed to us are already in electronic format and are quickly indexed to the loan they belong to and forwarded to a human operator for review.
Every loan document, every email or fax communication, courier waybills, in short every document relevant to the loan file are scanned and instantly accessible to you through our secure online loan status and image retrieval portal. We store these images for a minimum of 3 years or more based on state guidelines. On request the loan documents are also available to you on CD format. Your loan file is imaged and available for access in our system 24/7, you do not have to worry about taking on the additional cost of having a scanning vendor scanning and archiving your loan files post-close.

Reporting - Stay In The Know At All Times
With InuvaLP, just because you have outsourced your processing does not mean that you will have to outsource the control and knowledge of where your files is at any time. Our online loan pipeline tracking system gives you real-time access to the status of your file and detailed reporting. You can opt to get email alerts at various stages of the processing. Email end of day or end of week reports on your entire pipeline are also available if you would rather monitor the progress of your pipeline of loans at regular intervals. If you have a significant volume of files we will do regular joint conference calls to monitor the progress of your pipeline.
