NuvaProcessNuvaProcess is our complete end-to-end loan processing service. Simply send us your initial loan documents - 1003, credit report, borrower's authorization form and a prequalification/ rate lock from the lender(s) of your choice. Include with them our completed Loan Submission Form and email us your Calyx Point, Encompass of Fannie Mae format file. We will then:

Request, retrieve and quality check all third party and verification documents  (NuvaDocs)
Perform compliance check on complete loan package (NuvaCompliance)
Prepare and submit a complete loan package to lender(s) of your choice.
Clear all underwriting conditions and receive a closing commitment from the lender
Coordinate with the title company to ensure a hassle free closing

Throughout this process we keep you constantly updated on the status of you loan. We get paid on the HUD-1 from borrower proceeds as a third party loan processing fee only if the loan closes. That's right we don't get paid if you don't! NuvaProcess is a simple, risk free way for you to increase your production while decreasing your overhead costs and headaches related to loan processing.

Loan Officers/Originators are responsible for :

  Taking the application, choosing the program, lender and locking the rate.
  Selecting the appraiser, title/closing agent & insurance agency if applicable.
  E-mailing the Calyx Point, Encompass or FNMA file.
  Faxing/emailing a Loan Submission Request to Inuva Loan Processing.
  Sending us the original file for the submission purposes - Overnight, regular mail, etc
(only required for some lenders)

Inuva Loan Processing will perform the rest of these steps until closing:

  Upon receipt of your loan package, input the application into our porcessing system to verify the ratios, income, etc, and notify you of  any deficiencies.
   Review the file for compliance issues and/or missing documentation.
  Order the title work, appraisal, payoff, insurance, and survey if applicable,
  Order all verifications such as VOE's, VOD's, VOM's, VOR's and documentation required by third parties.
  Work with all parties involved to collect all needed items. Once all items are received, the file will be submitted to the lender/investor or disposed of in a manner of your choice.
  If any information, such as low appraisal, additional debt, etc. is received during the collection of documentation which causes the file to be denied, you will be notified promptly. If possible, the file will be reworked and counter offer will be made.
  Once we receive an approval from the lender, we will fax a copy to the Loan Officer and work with all applicable parties to clear all conditions.
  Obtain closing protection letter, wiring instructions, and change the loss payee clause on the approved file.
  Coordinate and schedule closings (with your permission).
  Prepare the document order form and fee sheet and will fax it to the Loan Officer for approval. Once approved, we will fax  it to the lender.
  We request that a copy of he preliminary HUD be faxed to us prior to closing for verification of figures.
 Follow the file to closing and through funding to make sure that everyone gets paid.
  Return the loan package to the originator's office after funding.

NuvaDocs
is our simple and cost effective document retrieval service. The NuvaDocs package provides assistance in completing the most time consuming and aggravating tasks in loan processing which are related to requesting and retrieving documents and verifications from third parties. The complete quality controlled package of documents is sent to you by fax, email or available for pickup from our secure website. On receiving the package you can submit the loan to the lender with other loan documents.

Three program choices are available to suit your particular needs: NuvaDocs Complete, NuvaDocs Third Party and NuvaDocs Verifications.

NuvaPlacement
is our product placement and pricing service. When you sign up for the service we ask you to give us a list of lenders you are approved with and those that you prefer to send your loan to as a first choice. We use this list as a guideline in our placement effort.

Send us a completed Product Placement Request form with information about your loan and expected yield or desired interest rate. We will shop the loan with your list of preferred lenders and recommend up to 3 products from 3 different lenders. We utilize the latest product selection and pricing engines to ensure you receive the maximum YSP on your loan.

NuvaCompliance
is our complete outsourced origination compliance solution. Email or fax us your complete loan package and we will review the package against a checklist of state and federal compliance requirements. We maintain completely updated compliance checklists for every state. If you are a lender and have separate corporate compliance requirements we will also check for those items.

The compliance check can be performed pre-close or post-close based on your need. A full compliance report detailing all the issues that were found on the file is returned back to you.
